Jim Dunleavy

Jim is a retired Pennsylvania State Police Lieutenant with 25 years of motor vehicle collision and criminal investigation experience. Before his retirement, he was a Division Director in The Bureau of Patrol at The Pennsylvania State Police Department Headquarters in Harrisburg, PA. He graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, a minor in sociology criminology and is also a graduate of Northwestern University’s School of Police Staff and Command. Jim resides in Wilkes-Barre, PA and enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
